Can I modify or cancel my order?
We cannot modify or cancel orders once they are placed and will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery cannot be altered at any time.
When do you ship orders?
After you place your order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Usually orders are fulfilled within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), after which it is shipped out to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 3–4 business days
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products including bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
We can only process orders as they are received. Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability. In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately.
How will I know when my order ships? How can I check the status of my order?
You will see two shipping options at checkout:
- Express (fast shipping)
- Standard
Keep in mind that all carriers require phone numbers for Express delivery. If you choose Express shipping, be sure to provide your phone number in advance to avoid shipment holds.
Our fulfillment house chooses the most suitable carrier for your shipment, considering the selected shipping method and destination. You’ll know which carrier service delivers your shipment in the order confirmation email.
At checkout, you will only see the available shipping options for your particular delivery area. For example, if Express shipping is unavailable for a specific destination, you will only see the Standard shipping option and rate.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped sent to the email provided during checkout. The email will include a tracking number so you can track your items. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please note that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are outside of our control.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
We work hard to meet our delivery estimates with each order. If you’re ever in a situation where the EDT has passed, please wait a bit longer. Then, once 5 business days have passed, get in touch with us via email at urlvdcustomercare@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
*** URLVD is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments. Shipping fees are non-refundable. PLEASE make sure your shipping address is correct on your PayPal account and when you input your shipping address into our website at checkout. Once your order ships, URLVD is not responsible for package delays or lost packages. Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout will incur additional shipping charges TO RESHIP.
